I know most of you already know about Cindy Wall's death. But for the few of you who only read fluidity I wanted to make sure you knew. The last Friday of her life is just part of the incredible testimony of her life. A Very Important Symbol of the Life Change in her Heart...
I know I benefited from knowing her. Her transparency and willingness to encourage and share. Come join us at the party at 4pm at Cornerstone if you can.
This is the email that was sent out earlier this week:
2 Corinthians 5:14-19 // For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Yesterday afternoon, Cindy Wall passed from this earth to her eternal home with Jesus. As saddened as we are, we rejoice in her life and the love she shared with us. She loved the Lord and searched for him with a passion that was evident to all who knew her.
Special note: Last Friday, Cindy was baptized via "skype" while Rusty and staff were at a conference. This video is awesome as it is such a reflection of her love of Christ and the love of those around here. I am including the link to this video as it is posted on youtube, there are also pictures:
